The Erie SeaWolves finalize their trip to Hadlock Field with a doubleheader against the Portland Sea Dogs (Boston Red Sox).....The SeaWolves won behind a five run seventh inning in the series opener....Chad Sedio homered for only the second time this season and cranked the third SeaWolves grand slam of the season...The 7-6 win was the 35th one-run game the SeaWolves have played in this season.....The Wolves are now 16-19 in one-run contests....Caleb Thielbar has not allowed an earned run since July 5th against the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, as he picked up his third win on the season Tuesday night....Jake Rogers snatched the team home run lead back after hitting his 12th bomb of the season in the series opener...Today's games will be the 20th and 21st doubleheader games of the season for Erie..The SeaWolves currently sit seven games out of a wild-card playoff spot...Spencer Turnbull will make his second Erie start after returning from the DL....The righty fanned six batters and allowed two runs through 4.1 against the Akron RubberDucks in a no-decision in his most recent outing...Beau Burrows will take the mound for Erie, aiming to improve after recording a 7.36 ERA in the month of July....Burrows won in his most recent outing after allowing four runs on seven hits and striking out eight in 5.0 IP against the Akron RubberDucks.
