The SeaWolves aim for their first sweep in 2018 tonight as they host the Hartford Yard Goats (Colorado Rockies) at UPMC Park...Erie has now won three games in a row for the first time since the opening three games of the season...The 'Wolves 6-1 win Wednesday night is their first win in 10 games that was not decided by one-run and/or extra innings...Kyle Funkhouser picked up his first win of the season after striking out nine in 7.0 IP against the Yard Goats while only allowing one run...Dominic Ficociello nailed his fifth home run of the season in the win to boost him up to 32 RBI in 2018...Jake Robson has now extended his hitting streak to nine games.....Josh Lester jumped up to 24 RBI on the season as well in the win...The SeaWolves have won five of their last six and have clinched two series victories in a row...The SeaWolves start a three game series with Hartford next week at Dunkin Donuts Park...Beau Burrows heads to the mound tonight to make his 11th start on the season and his first against Hartford...The righty from Texas worked in another quality start in his latest appearance against Akron, hurling six innings and allowing only three runs on three hits through 6.2 IP....Ryan Castellani will make his 12th start tonight of the season...The righty let up five runs in three innings last time out against Harrisburg in a loss.
