Medicine Hat Tigers News Release

Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers (25-12-2) open a home-at-home series with the Lethbridge Hurricanes (19-16-3) starting Friday night in Lethbridge.

The Tigers are coming off a 2-1 week that included home victories over the Tri City Americans 12-1 & 10-4 against Spokane. Medicine Hat will look to keep the fire power rolling against the Hurricanes who were winners earlier in the week with a 3-2 OTW over the Spokane Chiefs on Tuesday night.

The season series between the Tigers & Hurricanes currently sits all square at two games a piece with four more meetings against each other including Saturday's back-end of the home at home.

Medicine Hat is clear by six points in the Central Divsion, still second in the entire Eastern Conference, while the 4th place Hurricanes begin the weekend in a playoff spot and 11 points back of the Tigers for first in the division, currently 7th in the conference.

You can catch the game tonight exclusively on your home of the Tigers away from Co-op Place Wild 94.5 with Gino De Paoli beginning with the pre-game show at 6:45 and puck drop is set for 7 PM.
