Fresno Grizzlies Announce Home Schedule For 2008 Season

Fresno, CA- With their tenth season drawing to a close, the Fresno Grizzlies are excited to announce their home dates for the 2008 season. The 72 home game schedule will once again include July 4th, marking the third consecutive year that the Grizzlies will host rival Sacramento on Independence Day.

The Grizzlies will begin the 2008 season on the road before they return to Chukchansi Park on Friday, April 11 for their home opener. Opening Day will kick off an eight game homestand that includes visits from the Tucson Sidewinders and Tacoma Rainiers.

Of the 72 home games scheduled for 2008, the Grizzlies will be home on eleven Friday and eleven Saturday night dates. The home schedule will conclude on Sunday, August 24 and like 2007, the team will finish next season on the road. The full 2008 schedule, including road games and home game times, will be released at a later date. The Grizzlies will also unveil their promotional calendar later in the offseason.
