The Zephyrs were affiliated with Washington in 2005-2006. Last year, the Zephyrs finished third in the American South Division with a 72-71 record.

VS. NEW ORLEANS:

The RedHawks lead the season series 8-5. At The Brick, the RedHawks took three of four from the Zephyrs April 26-29. The Hawks outscored the Z's 26-12 in that series. The RedHawks hit three of their nine April homers in the series. The RedHawks took three of four games last week at Zephyr Field. The Zephyrs took two of the three games completed June 15-17 at Zephyr Field. The finale of that series was suspended and was made up Aug. 19, with the RedHawks winning 8-4.
