Forward Mike Berry signed to tryout agreement by B-Sens

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators on Friday signed forward Mike Berry from the Adirondack Frostbite of the United Hockey League to a 25-game professional tryout agreement. Berry will join the Senators tonight in Rochester where they will take on the Americans at 7:35 p.m.

Berry has 28 points (13 goals, 15 assists) and 34 penalty minutes in 28 games this season for the Frostbite. The 22-year-old Kanata, Ontario native will be making his AHL debut tonight.

Binghamton forwards Denis Hamel and Danny Bois will be out of the line up tonight. Hamel was recalled from loan by Ottawa this morning and Bois will serve a one-game AHL suspension.

Binghamton wraps up a stretch of five games in six nights tomorrow when the Syracuse Crunch visits the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena for a 6:05 p.m. showdown. Call (607) 722-7367 for ticket information.
