Former Maple Leafs Return to St. John's

The St. John's Maple Leafs announced today that former players Yanic Perreault, Felix Potvin and Ryan Vandenbussche will be in attendance at this Friday's game against the Chicago Wolves.

Presented by Aliant, the former Maple Leafs will take part in a pre-game ceremony and will sign autographs in Caps Pub during the 1st intermission. All three former Maple Leafs went on to play in the NHL and have successful careers. Yanic Perreault went on to play with the Toronto Maple Leafs, L.A. Kings and the Montreal Canadiens; Felix Potvin played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, NY Islanders, Vancouver Canucks, L.A. Kings and the Boston Bruins; Ryan Vandenbussche played for the NY Rangers, Chicago Blackhawks and is currently with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The St. John's Maple Leafs take on the Chicago Wolves this Friday and Saturday at Mile One Stadium. Game times are 7:35pm and will be broadcast live on Radio NL (930AM), www.sjmapleleafs.ca. Friday's game will also be broadcast LIVE on Rogers Television (Ch.9).
