
Force Loses 130-89 in First Game Back from All-Star Break

Oklahoma City, OK - The Sioux Falls Skyforce lost a 130-89 decision to the Oklahoma City Blue on Tuesday night from the Paycom Center in the first of a back-to-back.
The Skyforce (7-12) trailed 30-29 after the first quarter but were outscored 67-38 in the second and third quarters by the Blue (11-9).
Micah Potter led the Skyforce with 17 points on 5-11 FGA and eight rebounds. Miami HEAT two-way player Javonte Smart added 15 points, five rebounds and three assists.
Mario Chalmers posted 14 points on 4-6 3PA and four assists. Mike Smith and Martin Krampelj combined for 25 points off the bench.
DJ Wilson led the way for Oklahoma City with 25 points on 8-10 FGA and 12 rebounds. Zavier Simpson had 25 points on 11-13 FGA and four steals. Scotty Hopson added 16 points on 6-8 FGA and four assists in the victory.
The Blue hold a 3.5-game lead over the Skyforce for the final Western Conference playoff spot. Both teams meet in the series finale tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 7:00 PM.
