Florence, Kentucky: Game seven of a nine-game home-stand for the Freedom welcomed 1,592 fans to Champion Window Field in Florence, Kentucky to see a contest between the two teams tied for the Frontier League's best record, the East Division leader Florence, and the West leader Kalamazoo Kings, both coming in with a 24-15 record.
Florence got the scoring started in the first, with a Trevor Hall two-run homerun, his 12th of the season, he's an All-Star. In the sixth, Mike Galloway scored on a Trevor Hall single after swiping his fifth bag of the season. Jason Bowlin picked up the win, improving his record to 5-1. Ted Rowe picked up the save, his fifth on the season, tying him for third in the Frontier League. The game lasted just over two hours, one of the quicker ballgames this year.
