Flames Recall Morgan

Lowell, MA - The Lowell Lock Monsters announced today that center Jason Morgan has been recalled by the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.

Jason Morgan has played in 18 games with Lowell this season posting 18 points (6 goals, 12 assists) and 12 penalty minutes. The 6' 1" 211 lbs center is tied for the team lead in points (18), second in assists (12) and third in goals (6). In 14 NHL career games, Morgan has scored one goal registered four penalty minutes.

The Lock Monsters return to action this weekend with three road games beginning with Friday night's match up against the Manchester Monarchs (7:35PM) The Lock Monsters travel to Hartford (Saturday 7:05 PM) and Providence (Sunday 4:05 PM) before returning home next Friday. All Lock Monsters road games can be heard on WCAP AM 980 and live on the internet at www.lockmonsters.com.
