HEXTALL BOBBLEHEAD DOLL NIGHT ON DEC. 12

The first 4,000 kids 14 and under in attendance on Friday, Dec. 12 will receive a Ron Hextall bobblehead doll, courtesy of Allstate. It is the first of three dolls offered in the Phantoms' Philadelphia Hockey Heritage Series this season. Bob Clarke's bobblehead doll will be given away on Friday, Jan. 23 and Neil Little's will be available on Sunday, March 21.

HELPING HANDS AUCTION RAISES $11,700

The fourth annual Children's Miracle Network Helping Hands Auction raised $11,700 on Friday, Nov. 28. Each Phantoms player, as well as several Flyers players and management made handprints with fingerpaint on a card and signed it. Fans placed silent bids for the framed cards on the concourse through the second intermission of both the Phantoms and Flyers games that day. The highest bid was $500 for the card of Flyers and Phantoms general manager Bob Clarke, while Phantoms Peter Vandermeer and Mike Peluso each brought in $450. All proceeds went to the Children's Miracle Network at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to benefit patient care programs.

DESCHENES & STAFFORD AT Y100 CAMPOUT FOR HUNGER

Forwards Nick Deschenes and Ben Stafford will be appearing at the Y100 Campout For Hunger this Tuesday, Dec. 2 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. The duo will sign autographs, be interviewed on the radio and help DJ's Preston & Steve collect non-perishable food item donations from their RV located near the Guitar Center at The Metroplex Shopping Center in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. Last year, the Campout for Hunger raised over 65 tons of food for the Greater Philadelphia Food Bank to feed the hungry of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

STAFFORD TO RECEIVE HUMANITARIAN AWARD

Ben Stafford will receive a Humanitarian Award at the second annual Philadelphia Sports Fans Choice Awards this Thursday, Dec. 4 at the Wyndham Hotel in Center City. The event will recognize stars from several local sports teams, and include a silent auction that will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Comcast SportsNet is scheduled to televise the Philadelphia Sports Fans Choice Awards on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 5:00 p.m.

Head coach John Stevens will be a guest on ESPN Radio's Philly Sports Live (920 AM) this Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 6:25 p.m.

Forward Craig Berube will be a guest on WIP's Radio Show (610 AM) this Wednesday, Dec. 3 between 8:00-8:30 a.m.

FUREY ON "INSIDE THE PHANTOMS"

Defenseman Kirk Furey will be the guest on the next edition of "Inside the Phantoms" this Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 4:30 p.m. Hosted by David Unkle, the show features a player interview, news on the team and ticket giveaways every other Tuesday throughout the season on WNJC (1360 AM).

SLANEY ON "RUMBLE WITH THE PHANTOMS"

Defenseman John Slaney will be the guest on the Phantoms' weekly radio show, "Rumble with the Phantoms," this Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 4:30 p.m. Hosted by Tom Shaw, the show features a player interview, news on the team and ticket giveaways every Wednesday on WNJC (1360 AM).

FIRST PHANTOMANIACS BOWLING PARTY THIS SUNDAY

The first ever Phantomaniacs Holiday Rock-N-Bowl Party is set for this Sunday, Dec. 7 at 2:30 p.m. at the Brunswick Zone in Feasterville, Pa. Members of the Phantoms' Kids Club who sign up for the event will be able to bowl, play laser tag and eat pizza with 10 Phantoms players that day.

PHANTOMS POSTGAME SHOW CONTINUES ON DEC. 14

Can't get enough Phantoms action? Then stick around for The Phantoms Postgame Show in Bullies Sports Bar & Restaurant. Hosted by David Unkle of The Topcat Sports Show on WNJC 1360-AM, The Phantoms Postgame Show lets you get up close and personal with your favorite Phantoms player following 21 games throughout the season. STUDENT TICKETS JUST $8 ON WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS

College and high school students with valid student IDs can attend all Phantoms games on Wednesdays and Fridays this season for just $8.
