Pittsburgh Penguins reassign RW Tom Kostopoulos to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Pittsburgh Penguins have reassigned right wing Tom Kostopoulos to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, it was announced today by General Manager Craig Patrick.

Kostopoulos, 24, appeared in eight games with the Penguins, scoring one goal and recording seven penalty minutes. He has appeared in 13 games this season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, recording 13 points (7+6) and 37 penalty minutes.

The 6-0 and 200 pound native of Mississauga, Ontario has played in 27 career games with the Penguins, recording five points (2+3) and 16 penalty minutes.
