Ramsey heads west

Worcester IceCats News Release


WORCESTER, MA - St. Louis Blues Senior Vice President/General Manager and Worcester IceCats GM of Hockey Operations Larry Pleau announced that center Ryan Ramsay has been loaned by the 'Cats to Peoria of the ECHL. In addition, Defenseman Thierry Douville was returned to his ECHL team, the Pee-Dee Pride.

Ramsay, a first year pro, has played 37 games for the IceCats, scoring six goals and 10 assists. He has added 70 penalty minutes to those totals: 37(6/10/16)70. Due to an injury, Ramsay, a 21-year old native of Ajax, Ontario has not skated with the IceCats since February 23rd.

Douville made his AHL debut with the IceCats on March 12th. He skated in three games and collected seven PIM's.
