THIS WEEKEND IS CRUNCH TIME

The Cleveland Barons will host the Syracuse Crunch on Friday, March 25th and Saturday, March 26th on the National City Rink located in Gund Arena with both games beginning at 7pm. The Barons trail Syracuse by just two points in the North Division. This weekend's contests will play a pivotal role in the North Division Playoff picture.

Fans will be pumped up when they enter the building on Friday night. The first 3,000 fans in attendance will receive a authentically autographed action photo of Barons goaltender Nolan Schaefer. Schaefer has been solid down the stretch. He has been victorious in 75% of his last 12 games.

On Saturday, the first 1,000 children 14-and-under will receive a Cleveland Clinic Sports Health/Cleveland Barons lunchbox. Not only will kids be fired up about their new lunch pail, Arnold, from Nickelodeon's hit TV show "Hey Arnold", will be on hand courtesy of Cox Communications.

Following the game, Matt Carkner will have his head shaved bald by Cade Helmer. Carkner raffled off the chance to win the right shave his head to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The shaving of Carkner's head will kick-off the Post-Game Skate presented by Marc's. Fans can skate with their favorit Barons after the game while getting autographs. To participate, you must bring your skates to the game. They will not be provided.
