
Fisher Cats and Rock Cats Suspended

New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
(Manchester, NH)---Wednesday night's game between the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and the New Britain Rock Cats was suspended in the bottom of the third inning due to rain at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
The game will be completed on Thursday beginning at 6:05pm prior to the regularly scheduled game between the teams. New Hampshire will be batting in the bottom of the third inning, trailing New Britain 1-0.
The first game will be completed as a nine-inning contest. RHP Henderson Alvarez (4-4, 3.38) will pitch for the Fisher Cats in the suspended game against a pitcher to be determined for New Britain.
The nightcap, which will be a seven-inning game, will start approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the suspended game. It will pit New Hampshire RHP Chad Beck (7-2, 3.68) against New Britain RHP Steve Hirschfeld (5-5, 3.54). An Atlas Fireworks Show will follow the game. It will also be Faith & Family Night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
