
Father's Day Legends Game Adds Richardson, Montefusco

Moosic, Pa. - The Father's Day Legends Game presented by Mohegan Sun Pocono roster continues to take shape. Bobby Richardson, a World Series MVP for the Yankees in 1960, and John "Count" Montefusco add to the June 21 event's pageantry. Tommy John, originally scheduled to appear at the Father's Day Legends Game, will unfortunately miss due to health reasons. The event will be held rain or shine.
Additionally, local celebrities Jim Coles of WNEP and Donnie Collins of the Scranton Times-Tribune will participate with more to be added in the coming days.
Tickets for the Budweiser RailHouse, Bleachers and VIP seating are SOLD OUT. Tickets remain, but are going quickly, for Lawn, Infield Box and Club. Ticket prices can be found below.
A full roster of the Legends can be found below along with a series of other notable events:
-A legend in his own right, sports talk host, baseball historian and noted pundit Ed Randall will host his critically-acclaimed "Talking Baseball" show live from PNC Field the morning of the game. The broadcast will air live Sunday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Randall will hold conduct interviews during the show with the following players: Roy White, Joe Pepitone, Rick Cerone, Gene "Stick" Michael, Chris Hammond, Stump Merrill and John "Count" Montefusco.
-Live bands will play before and after the game.
-The 1978 World Series trophy will be on display throughout the day for fans to both see in person and pose with for photographs.
-A post-game BBQ with full-field access including photos in the dugouts, catch on the field and more.
-A charity auction will take place to benefit Parkinson's disease research with proceeds benefitting the National Parkinson Foundation and the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

All fans will receive a commemorative game ticket as well. The Father's Day barbeque commences at 3:30 p.m., and costs $25 for adults, $12 for children under 12, and is free for children under 2.

One of the unique aspects of the Father's Day Legends Game presented by Mohegan Sun Pocono is the ability to participate in the game itself and spend time with the Yankees Legends in an informal setting. Some of these experiences include: playing in the game, coaching / managing a Legends team, being a batboy and a meet-and-greet with Legends players at PNC Field.
