Fresno Falcons News Release

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons signed free agent rookie Paul Falco to a contract today. Falco spent parts of his collegiate career at the University of Maine and UMass-Lowell before joining the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies at the end of last season. The 5-11, 200-lb. forward registered eight points (2g-6a) for the Bullies and by appearing in only 16 games, retains his rookie status.

The club also released winger Wes Rypien today, who recorded one assist and 45 penalty minutes in 10 games this year.

Earlier in the week the Falcons removed the emergency back-up designation on goaltender Mike Dilorenzo by signing him to the active roster.
