Falcons Recall Andrew Perugini From Stockton

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today they have recalled goaltender Andrew Perugini from their ECHL affiliate, the Stockton Thunder.

Perugini is in his second professional season and currently leads all Stockton goaltenders with a record of 4-4-2 with a 2.79 goals against average and .913 save percentage in 11 games played. The King City, Ontario native also has posted one shutout this year.

Perugini spent the 2008-09 season also with Stockton where he posted a record of 21-13-3 with a 2.81 goals against average and .908 save percentage in 37 games. Perugini has participated in Falcons' training camp the last two seasons.

The Falcons return to action on Wednesday, November 25 when they host the Worcester Sharks at the MassMutual Center starting at 7 pm.
