Moose assign Leblanc to Rapid City Rush

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have assigned centre Derek LeBlanc to the Rapid City Rush of the CHL.

Leblanc, 23, has appeared in nine games so far this season with the Moose, where he collected an assist on Nov. 3/09 vs. Norfolk. Last season, the Brandon, MB native played in 64 games with the Rush, where he scored 45 points (26g & 19a) and 56 penalty minutes. He has played a total of 69 career games in the CHL his two year pro career with Rapid City and Rocky Mountain where he has 46 points (26g & 20a) and 62 penalty minutes.
