Express Takes on Memphis Redbirds in Four-Game Homestand

ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Round Rock Express welcomes the Memphis Redbirds (Triple-A, St. Louis Cardinals) to Dell Diamond for a four-game series beginning on July 26.
With all four games starting at 7:05 p.m., the Express and Redbirds kick things off Friday night with the return of Budweiser Friday Fireworks. Following the game, the Central Texas sky will light up with a spectacular display of fireworks, presented by our friends at Budweiser. On Saturday, July 27, the Express, along with Susan G. Komen® Austin and the Shannon Schmitz Group, looks to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer services and research through its fifth annual Pink in the Park night. As a special tribute to those brave men and women who have battled breast cancer, 20 survivors and their children will take the field with the Express players before the game. They'll stand proud in each of the nine positions during the singing of the National Anthem. Breast cancer survivor Jeanne Stahl will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
The Express players and coaches will wear special pink pinstripe jerseys that feature the signature pink breast cancer ribbon on the sleeve. The jerseys will be auctioned off during the game in a special silent auction hosted by the players' and coaches' wives. They'll also have a wide variety of one-of-a-kind items for fans to bid on. All proceeds from the jerseys, silent auction and raffle will go directly to Susan G. Komen® Austin.
In an effort to truly turn Dell Diamond pink for the night, the first 1,500 fans through the gates on the 27th will receive a complimentary pink t-shirt, courtesy of the Shannon Schmitz Group, RockSports and Mister Car Wash. Fans are strongly encouraged to wear pink to show their support of the cause.
The homestand continues on Sunday with H-E-B Kid's Day featuring kiddie train rides, interactive inflatable games, a postgame run of the bases and much more! Also on Sunday, all kids 12 & under will be able to take their lunch on the go in style when they receive an Express Kids' Lunch Bag, presented by Tyson Foods.
Round Rock and Memphis conclude the four-game set on Monday, July 29 with $1.00 hot dogs and sodas, presented by Mrs Baird's. Fans will also have the chance to bring their receipt for any TABASCO® sauce purchase from H-E-B grocery stores and receive two tickets for the price of one. The offer will be valid Mondays through Wednesdays at Round Rock Express home games through August 28!
