POMONA, N.Y. -- Despite Nate Wilder's second home run in as many days, the Saltdogs (41-59) fell to the Rockland Boudlers (48-52) 5-4 in the season finale at Provident Bank Park Monday afternoon.

The Lincoln Northstar product's majestic drive in the fifth was an impressive encore to his go-ahead grand slam from Sunday night's win.

Pat Moran (6-7) pitched six innings, allowing two runs on seven hits to earn the win. Wade Mackey (6-4) surrendered four runs in two innings to suffer the loss.

The first five hits for the Saltdogs went for extra bases. David Espinosa went 2-for-5 with two doubles and a RBI.

Lincoln wrapped up the 2012 campaign with a final record of 41-59.
