It is hard to believe that the Summer Movie Series is coming to an end, and with only two movies remaining, your opportunities to enjoy a classic family flick on Modern Woodmen Park's beautiful left-center field video board are dwindling!
The Goonies Fortunately for you, the Summer Movies Series presented by Genesis Health System continues this Saturday night with a showing of a family classic with which we all grew up, The Goonies!!!
All proceeds will go directly to Genesis Health System charities right here in the Quad Cities, and admission to the event is just $5.00. Gates open at 8 p.m. with the film to follow at 8:30. Guests will have the choice of spreading out on the ballpark's lush outfield grass or enjoying the comfort and relaxation of the park's stadium seating! Concessions, such as Pepsi products, candy and popcorn will be available to provide you with the complete cinematic experience!
The remaining schedule for the 2009 Summer Movie Series is as follows:

* Saturday, September 5 - Field of Dreams
