Edmonton Oil Kings Claim 2018-19 Central Division Title

Edmonton Oil Kings News Release
(Edmonton, AB) - After a win this afternoon over the Calgary Hitmen, the Edmonton Oil Kings are 2018-19 Central Division Champions.
Today marks the fourth time in modern franchise history the Oil Kings have earned the division title, and first time since the 2013-14 season (2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2018-19).
The Oil Kings will face the Medicine Hat Tigers in the opening round of the 2019 WHL Playoffs.
The schedule for Round 1 is as follows:
Game 1: Saturday, March 23 - Medicine Hat Tigers at Edmonton Oil Kings - 7:30 PM MT
Game 2: Sunday, March 24 - Medicine Hat Tigers at Edmonton Oil Kings - 6:00 PM MT
Game 3: Tuesday, March 26 - Edmonton Oil Kings at Medicine Hat Tigers - 7:00 PM MT
Game 4: Wednesday, March 27 - Edmonton Oil Kings at Medicine Hat Tigers - 7:00 PM MT
