Cranbrook, B.C. - Ryan Jevene scored a goal and added two helpers as the Medicine Hat Tigers defeated the Kootenay ICE 5-2 at Western Financial Place on Friday night.
The Tigers also received goals from Tyler Preziuso, Ryan Chyzowski, Linus Nassen and Brett Kemp. Goaltender Mads Sogaard stopped 29-of-31 shots for his 19th win of the season.
The ICE got goals from Marco Creta and Holden Kodak while Peyton Krebs, River Fahey, Cole Muir and Brad Ginnell added assists. Goaltender Jesse Makaj blocked 51-of-55 shots.
