The Bulls open a five-game homestand with the first of three games against the Toledo Mud Hens. Durham is coming off a 2-4 road trip to Indianapolis (1-3) and Louisville (1-1), has dropped seven of its last 10, is 7-13 over its last 20, and is just 12-23 since the All-Star break. The Bulls have dropped 39 of their previous 59 contests to go from a 2.0-game lead in the IL South to a 14.0-game deficit, the team's largest deficit of the season. Toledo - the Detroit Tigers' top affiliate - is coming off a 3-2 homestand against Charlotte (2-1) and Gwinnett (1-1), and is 6-6 over its last 12 after suffering through a six-game losing skid from 7/31-8/5.
