The Bulls play the first game of a four-game set against the Indianapolis Indians in the second series of a season-long 10-game homestand. Durham is 0-3 to kick off the homestand, is 1-6 over its last seven games, is 3-11 over its last 14, and is just 5-13 since the All-Star break. The Bulls have dropped 29 of their last 42 contests to go from a 2.0-game lead in the IL South to an 11.5-game deficit, their largest division deficit of the season. Indianapolis - the Pittsburgh Pirates' top affiliate - has won five straight, and enters today with the 2nd-best record in the IL behind Norfolk (63-44).
