RHP Jacob Faria (0-0, 0.00/ML-Rehab) vs. RHP Phillips Valdez (3-6, 2.99)
The Durham Bulls established a season-best 6.5 game lead in the South Division by winning the first game of a seven-game road trip, which continues Tuesday night at 6:35 PM ET with Jacob Faria scheduled to make a major league rehab start for the Bulls, opposite Phillips Valdez for the Syracuse Chiefs.
Last Game Note-A-Bulls: Infielder Kean Wong went 2-for-5 with a home run and a season-high three RBI. Shortstop Willy Adames drove in one run on two hits over five plate appearances including his eighth double with Durham. Reliever Mike Franco picked up his third win of the season.
