Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the West Michigan Whitecaps (affiliate of the Detroit Tigers) in a suspended game doubleheader. The first game will be picked up in the top of the fifth inning with West Michigan leading 7-0. These are the last two games of a three-game series. Season Series to Date: Dayton 1, West Michigan 0.

Last Game: Wednesday: West Michigan 7, Dayton 0 (suspended in fifth inning). The Whitecaps scored three in the third and four in the fifth to build their lead. Dylan Rosa belted a grand slam home run in the fifth. The game reached the end of the fourth inning, then was delayed by rain for two hours, 34 minutes before resuming at 10:56 p.m. for 17 minutes until more rain arrived. A second rain delay made it impossible to restart the game again and the contest was officially suspended at 11:43 p.m.
