
Deadline for 2006 Florence Freedom Baseball Academy Extended

Florence, KY- Due to an overwhelming last minute response, the Florence Freedom have extended the enrollment deadline for the 2006 Baseball Academy to Friday, June 9th at noon.
The Academy is Monday, June 12th from 10am to 1pm at Champion Window Field and is open to kids ages 6-12.
The cost per child is $30.00 and includes a t-shirt, ticket to that night's game vs. Windy City at 7:05pm, a certificate of participation and three hours of instruction from Florence Freedom players and coaches. There is also a pizza party after the camp for participants.
Parents can pick up forms at Champion Window Field or print them online at www.florencefreedom.com.
Florence Freedom is a member of the Frontier League, a 10-team Independent Professional Baseball League established in 1993. The Freedom play a 96 game schedule with 48 home games between late May and early September.
The 2006 season is underway! Ticket packages, single game tickets and group outings are on sale now and can be purchased by visiting Champion Window Field or by calling the Freedom office at (859) 594-4487.
