De Jong Returns to San Antonio

WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, announced today that defenseman Nolan De Jong has been recalled by the team's AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.
De Jong has notched two goals and five assists in 50 games with Colorado this season and has also seen action in four AHL contests with San Antonio. The rookie blueliner was a 7th round pick of the Minnesota Wild in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft and spent the past four seasons at the University of Michigan, serving as team captain during his senior year.
The Eagles return to action when they take on the Rapid City Rush at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center on Saturday, March 10th at 7:05pm MT.
