The Bloomington PrairieThunder's four game winning streak came to an end on Friday night as the Dayton Gems defeated Bloomington 4-0. Gems goaltender Jeff Jakaitis was voted the game's number one star stopping all 44 PrairieThunder shots that he faced. And the Gems Brett Lutes scored a hat trick, with the third goal coming on a penalty shot at 4:55 of the third period.

Bloomington wraps up its four game home stand Saturday night at 7:05pm against the Wichita Thunder at U.S. Cellular Colliseum. Saturday night is "Team Poster Night" sponsored by The Chateau and Original Smith Printing.
