Wisconsin Timber Rattlers News Release

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Dave Bush will be a Wisconsin Timber Rattler for a day. The right-hander will be the starting pitcher for the Rattlers on Friday, July 10 in a game against the West Michigan Whitecaps.

Bush, who has been on Milwaukee's disabled list since June 23, is slated to start and go three to four innings on Friday night. Bush was 3-4 with a 5.67 ERA in 15 games (14 starts) for the Brewers before being placed on the DL.

He is the first Milwaukee Brewers player to be sent to the Timber Rattlers for a rehab assignment. This will be the first time the Timber Rattlers have hosted a Major Leaguer on a rehab start from their parent club since Sean White and Cha Seung Baek of the Seattle Mariners made starts for the Timber Rattlers on August 17 and 19 during the 2007 season.

Friday is also a North Shore Bank Family Night with Kids 12 and under eating free. Children 14 and under may run the bases courtesy of Thedacare after the post-game fireworks display sponsored by 95.9 KISS-FM.

Tickets for Friday's game, which is scheduled to start at 7:05pm, are going fast. Before the official announcement was made, fans had already started to order tickets through the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers website.

Fans may get their seats for Friday's game through www.timberrattlers.com at any time. The Timber Rattlers ticket office is open at 9am on Thursday and fans may also order tickets over the phone at 1-800-WI-TIMBER or (920) 733-4152 or in person at the Time Warner Cable Field box office.
