Mother Nature helped the Crosscutters take the middle game of a 3-game series with Tri-City Sunday night at Susquehanna Bank Park at Bowman Field 5-0.
As the game moved to the bottom of the fifth inning and the Valley Cats had made the call to the bullpen the skies opened with a series of heavy rain and thunderstorms stopped the game.

Aaron Brown hit his second homer in as many days with a two out solo shot to left field in the first inning putting the Cutters in front 1-0.
With two on and two out, Drew Stankiewicz hit his first home run as a Crosscutter inside the fair/foul pole down the right field line to make it 5-0 Cutters.
