Crunch Sign Goaltender Matt Harpwood to A.T.O.

Syracuse, NY (February 23, 2007) -The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have signed goaltender Matt Harpwood to an amateur try-out contract.
Harpwood, 23, has appeared in 13 games with Brock University this season posting a 7-4-0-1 record, a 3.07 goals against average and a .907 save percentage. Prior to Brock, the Welland Ontario native, played in the OHL with the Kitchener Rangers and Mississauga Ice Dogs.
The Crunch travel to Hamilton, tonight for a 7:30 p.m. game. On Saturday, February 24, Syracuse hosts Manitoba at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available by calling the crunch office at (315) 473-4444, stopping by the Oncenter box office located on the state street side of the War Memorial or by calling TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
