Crunch Announce Poland Spring 'Stick Child for a Game' Program

Syracuse, NY (November 30, 2006) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today the details of the Poland Spring 'Stick Child for a Game' program.

During the 2006-07 season, Crunch fans between the ages of seven (7) and fifteen (15) will have the opportunity to sign up to become the Poland Spring 'Stick Child for a Game'.

Selected fans will win a special and unique look into what goes on 'behind the scenes' of a professional hockey game by serving as a stick child for a game. Interested fans can sign-up at the Advance Auto Parts Guest Service Center, located outside the Crunch's main office during games.

Winners will be selected and notified throughout the season. In addition to serving as a stick child, each participant will receive a Poland Spring and Crunch shirt.

Syracuse is in action again on Friday, December 1 as they travel to Binghamton for a 7:05 p.m. match-up against the Senators. The Crunch host Philadelphia on Saturday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444, stopping by the Oncenter box office located on the State Street side of the War Memorial or by calling TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
