Florida Panthers recall Drew Larman

(Rochester, NY)... Rochester Americans General Manager Jody Gage announced today that center Drew Larman has been recalled by the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League. The recall is the third this season for the Buffalo native.

Larman returns to Florida after playing two games with the Panthers during his latest recall, which included scoring his first NHL goal on November 24th against Ottawa. Larman has appeared in three games with the Panthers this season. With the Amerks, he has six goals and two assists in 14 games. He signed with the Florida Panthers as a free agent on September 28, 2005.

This week, the Amerks will finish up their six-game trip with two-game sets against the Grand Rapids Griffins and the Manitoba Moose. Rochester will face the Griffins on Friday, December 1st and Saturday, December 2nd at The Van Andel Arena. Rochester will then travel to Manitoba to play the Moose on Tuesday, December 5th and Wednesday, December 6th. All the games will be broadcast on Hot Talk 1280 WHTK, whtk.com and B2 Networks.
