Crunch Announce Details of MVP Health Care 'Take on Life and Live Well' Post-Game Skate

Syracuse, NY (December 17, 2008) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today the details of the MVP Health Care 'Take on Live and Live Well' post-game skate set for this Saturday, December 20.
Crunch players Trevor Frischmon, Steve Kelly, Dan LaCosta, Andrey Plekhanov and Aaron Rome will be available to skate with fans and sign autographs approximately 20 minutes after Saturday night's game vs. Lake Erie.
Participants must bring their own skates. Skates will not be provided and no one will be allowed on the ice without skates.
The Crunch's next game is Wednesday, December 17 as they travel to Grand Rapids to take on the Griffins at 7:00 p.m. The Crunch return home on Saturday, December 20 for a 7:30 p.m. contest against the Lake Erie Monsters. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at 315-473-4444, stopping by the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street side of the War Memorial or by calling Ticketmaster at 315-472-0700.
