Rewind the Tape:

11.19.08 - Worcester 4 - Norfolk 3 - DCU Center

After a slow start, the Sharks were able to score four consecutive goals and hold off a late attack against the Norfolk Admirals in a physical battle. The Admirals scored the first two goals of the match, but the Sharks would answer back with a goal from center Tom Cavanagh, assisted by Jason Demers and Ryan Vesce. Mike Moore would then score his first professional goal in the opening minute of the second frame to tie the game at 2-2, with assists by Demers and Steven Zalewski. After Steve Downie ran Kyle McLaren in front of the Worcester bench, the fists went flying as Demers and Steve Downie exchanged blows at 7:22. Worcester would then add goals from Larose (assisted by Demers) and Desjardins en route to the 4-3 victory. Demers finished the contest with three assists and his second fighting major of the season.

11.22.08 - Worcester 5 - Houston 3 - Toyota Center

Steven Zalewski tallied an unassisted, shorthanded goal to erase a third period deficit and Riley Armstrong followed with the game winner (his second goal of the night) as the Sharks took down the Houston Aeros by a 5-3 score at the Toyota Center in Houston. Disruptive neutral zone play by the Aeros hampered the Sharks offense much of the night, as Worcester fired a sub-par 30 shots on Houston netminder Barry Brust. Goals were also scored by Jamie McGinn and Mike Morris.

11.23.08 - Worcester 3 - San Antonio 1 - AT&T Center

Despite falling behind early, the Sharks were able to rebound and extend their winning streak to four games with a win over San Antonio in the Lone Star state. Cory Larose and Riley Armstrong each scored unassisted goals, with Armstrong's serving as the eventual game-winner. Steve Zalewski then found Lukas Kaspar, who added an insurance goal just two and a half minutes after Armstrong's game-winner.
