
Pihlstrom Recalled by Nashville

Milwaukee, WI-Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Antti Pihlstrom from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Pihlstrom leads Milwaukee in goals with eight, and ranks second with 12 points in 15 contests. The 5-11, 190-pound native of Vantaa, Finland was originally signed by Nashville as a free agent on June 1, 2007, and his lone career NHL game came Dec. 15, 2008 at Colorado. In 2007-08, he led the Admirals in goals (27) and ranked fifth in points (45) in his first North American season.
Pihlstrom is expected to play his second career NHL contest Tuesday night when the Predators take on the St. Louis Blues in Nashville.
The Admirals are back in action this Wednesday, November 26th when they host the Peoria Rivermen at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center.
