November 24, 2008 - ECHL (ECHL)
Bakersfield Condors News Release
Big Buddies this Saturday:
Saturday will be the first Condors Big Buddies Night of the year. The Big Buddies program affords local businesses the opportunity to sponsor non-profit youth organizations, enabling them to bring under-privileged kids to the game, not only sharing the excitement of Condors hockey with the kids, but also the magic of Teddy Bear Toss.
Just over a dozen agencies will bring more than 600 less-fortunate youth, who otherwise would not be able to attend a Condors game, to share the fun of Condors hockey. For more information on how to get involved with the Condors Big Buddies program, contact the front office at 324-PUCK (7825).
Last chance to vote for the Condors:
It is the last week to vote for Condors Hockey in the Bakersfield Life Magazine "Greatest Thing About Bakersfield" readers' poll. Voters have until Nov. 30 to cast their ballots. The winners of this month's match-ups will be announced in the December issue of Bakersfield Life Magazine.
