Condors Ride Power Play to 5-2 Preseason Victory over Stockton

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, owned by the Edmonton Oilers, scored four power play goals in the second period and cruised to a 5-2 win over the Stockton Thunder in preseason action Friday night at Rabobank Arena. Rookie LW Kellen Jones scored twice and four players had multi-point nights in the win.

FIRST PERIOD Stockton goal: F Robin Soudek (1) on a shot from the high slot. Assist: Oslanski; Time of goal: 3:42; Stockton leads, 1-0 Stockton goal: F Jordan Henry (1) off a rebound at the side of the net. Assists: Soudek, Hunt; Time of goal: 6:41; Stockton leads, 2-0CONDORS GOAL: D Colin Joe (1) shot from the point. Little received a game misconduct for his jersey coming off at 5:05 CONDORS GOAL: LW Kellen Jones (1) on a snap shot from the bottom of the right-wing circle on the power play. Assists: C.
