Bakersfield Condors News Release
Bakersfield, Calif. - Bakersfield Sports Entertainment will host a viewing party of Game 5 of the Condors first round playoff game tonight against the Alaska Aces, live at Rabobank Arena. The doors will open at 7:00 p.m., pre-game show at 8:00 p.m. and the game begins at 8:15 p.m.
The event is free to everyone with a donation of two non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Bakersfield Homeless Shelter. Fans are also encouraged to keep the Rolling Blackout going by wearing anything black to the game tonight.
"This is a great opportunity for the fans of Condortown to cheer on their Condors and not miss a beat of the intensity of an elimination game in the playoffs" said Condors President Matthew Riley. "We are very proud of the team's accomplishments this season, and look forward to a big night on the ice. What better way to catch all the action than on the video board right here, in Condorstown. We'd like to thank the B2 Networks for the feed of this game, and the Rabobank Arena for their cooperation in helping us pull off this event on short notice."
