Comets Recall Defenseman Dirk

Kalamazoo, MI. - The Kalamazoo Wings, ECHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, announced the defenseman Jagger Dirk has been recalled by the Utica Comets on Friday afternoon.

Dirk, 25, has appeared in three games with the K-Wings netting one goal to go along with a plus-three rating. The defenseman began the season in Utica, before being assigned to Kalamazoo on Oct. 13.

Kalamazoo is back in action on Friday night in Cincinnati for the first of two games against the Cyclones. The teams flip to Kalamazoo on Saturday, Oct. 27 for Orange Ice and Nickelodeon Night.
