and February,
making him the first three-time winner since the award began in 1997-98.
The Quebec City, Quebec native had 12 goals, 31 points and a plus-minus

he scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win at Fresno. He then scored a
power-play goal and added another goal for a 5-4 win against Reading on
Mar. 7 while ending his streak with a two goals in a 6-0 win at Wheeling on
Mar. 12.
The 5-foot-6 and 177-pound Desharnais began a six-game point streak (5g-9a)
on Mar. 17 in a 3-2 win against Johnstown. On Mar. 19 he registered four
assists in a 4-3 win against Johnstown, setting a season high for assists
and again tying his season high for points. Desharnais scored the
game-winning goal and added a power-play goal and two assists in a 6-2 win
against Reading on Mar. 26.
Desharnais leads the ECHL with 74 assists, 38 power-play assists, and 102

He made his professional debut in the American Hockey League last season
when he signed with Bridgeport, registering two points (1g-1a) and four
penalty minutes in seven games, after completing his career in the Quebec
