
Chartier, Thurkauf Back in Friday, Soustal Likely Saturday

The Kelowna Rockets will welcome back three of its regulars this weekend with the return of players who competed in the 2016 World Junior Hockey Championship.
Rourke Chartier (Team Canada), Tomas Soustal (Czech Republic) and Calvin Thurkauf (Switzerland) are all making their way back to Kelowna this week after representing their countries at the World Junior tournmanet in Finland over Christmas.
Chartier arrived back in Kelowna on Tuesday while Thurkauf arrived on Wednesday and both players are expected in the Rockets line-up beginning on Friday when Kelowna kicks off a two game home weekend, hosting the Everett Silvertips Friday and Tri-City on Saturday.
Soustal is expected back in Kelowna Friday and likely won't play that day due to travel, but should be available for Saturday's game against the Americans.
Tickets are available for both games through Select Your Tickets, by phone at 250-762-5050 or at the Prospera Place box office.
Friday night's game will be the second Kane's Harley Davidson Food Bank Challenge where fans are requested to bring donations for the Kelowna Food Bank.
