Charles Williams and Colton Saucerman return to Manchester

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, Rich Seeley, announced today that Charles Williams has been returned from loan by the Hartford Wolfpack (AHL) and Colton Saucerman has been returned from loan by the Providence Bruins (AHL).
The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings.
Williams, 25, returns from Hartford after playing in two games for the Wolfpack, posting a 0-1-1-0 record, to go along with a 4.47 GAA and a .806 save percentage. Williams has played in 34 games for the Monarchs this season, posting a 19-9-3-1 record to go along with a 2.56 goals against average and a .918 save percentage.
The 5-foot-10, 194-pound native of Detroit, Mich., has played in 37 games for the Monarchs since finishing his collegiate career at Canisius College, where he was a Hobey Baker Award finalist after posting a 1.82 GAA and a .943 save percentage in his only season as a Griffin.
Saucerman, 25, returns to the Monarchs after playing in two games for the Providence Bruins since being loaned on Mar. 3. In three games this season for the Bruins, Saucerman has posted a +4 rating, while picking up an assist. He has played in 54 games this season for the Monarchs, recording 36 points on four goals and 32 assists, while racking up 72 penalty minutes.
The 5-foot-9, 194-pound native of Colorado Springs, Colo., has played in 111 ECHL games between the South Carolina Stingrays and the Manchester Monarchs since departing from Northeastern University in 2016, where he played in 140 games and recorded 64 points on 20 goals and 44 assists, while winning a Hockey East Championship in 2016. Saucerman has now played in eight AHL games for the Hershey Bears (1), Springfield Thunderbirds (4) and the Providence Bruins (3).
Williams, Saucerman and the Monarchs are back in action Friday, Feb. 9 (7 p.m.), at Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls, N.Y., to take on the Adirondack Thunder.
