Allen Americans News Release
Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, won both games this past weekend, beating the Rapid City Rush 5 - 2 on Friday night and 3-2 in overtime on Saturday. The team travels to Boise, Idaho and Salt Lake City, Utah this week for three Mountain Division matchups.

Friday, March 2 vs. Rapid City Rush - 5-2 Win
Allen, Texas - Five different players scored for Allen as the Americans defeated the Rapid City Rush by a score of 5-2 on Friday night in Allen. Eric Roy had the game winner for Allen, netting his 11th of the season. Jake Paterson made his first start in net earning the win. Alex Guptill had a three-point night for the Americans. ?
Saturday, March 3 vs. Rapid City Rush - 3-2 OT Win
Allen, Texas - Bryan Moore scored his 16th of the season on Saturday night lifting the Americans to a 3-2 overtime win over the Rapid City Rush. Moore has both Allen's overtime goals this season. Eric Roy and Alex Guptill both scored for the second game in a row.
