Manitoba Moose News Release

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have recalled forward Tyler Bouck from his conditioning assignment with the Moose.

Bouck, 25, appeared in six games during his conditioning assignment with the Moose. He collected six penalty minutes in that time. It was the Camrose, AB native's first action this season, as he had missed the entire year up until his re-assignment due to a groin tear suffered before the season. He played 40 games last year with TPS Turku in the Finnish Elite League where he scored three goals and seven assists for 10 points and 100 penalty minutes. In his six-year pro career, the Camrose, AB native has played 151 total games with the Moose from 2002-2006. He has scored 25 goals and 46 assists for 71 points and 234 penalty minutes. In 73 career games in the National Hockey League, Bouck has recorded three goals and seven assists for 10 points and 56 penalty minutes with Dallas, Phoenix, and Vancouver.

Bouck was originally a second round choice, 57th overall, of the Dallas Stars in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft.
