Canucks Assign Bouck to Manitoba

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have assigned forward Tyler Bouck to the Moose for conditioning .

Bouck, 25, has missed the entire season thus far with a groin tear. He played 40 games last year with TPS Turku in the Finnish Elite League where he scored three goals and seven assists for 10 points and 100 penalty minutes. In his six-year pro career, the Camrose, AB native has played 145 totals games with the Moose from 2002-2004. He has scored 25 goals and 46 assists for 71 points and 228 penalty minutes. In 73 career games in the National Hockey League, Bouck has recorded three goals and seven assists for 10 points and 56 penalty minutes with Dallas, Phoenix, and Vancouver. Bouck also won a silver medal with Team Canada at the 1999 IIHF World Under-20 Championships held in Winnipeg

Bouck was originally a second round choice, 57th overall, of the Dallas Stars in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft.
