Canadiens Recall Ben Maxwell From Bulldogs

MONTREAL, QC - The Montreal Canadiens announced today that forward Ben Maxwell has been recalled to Montreal from the Hamilton Bulldogs.
Maxwell, 21, has earned 43 points (16 goals, 27 assists) and 20 penalty minutes in 55 games with the Bulldogs this season. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound centre has also played in eight games with the Canadiens in 2009-2010 but was held pointless while serving four penalty minutes. The native of North Vancouver, British Columbia was drafted in the 2nd round, 49th overall by Montreal in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
The 'Dogs host the Chicago Wolves tonight at Copps Coliseum with puck drop scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Fans can listen to every 'Dogs game on the flagship station of the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Network, TALK 820.
